Our work

Conservation

RCLCT is working to safeguard and prioritize the ecological health of Laurel Hill Farms. This includes conducting biological surveys, assessing threats and developing management plans for long-term conservation.

Restoration

The work at Laurel Hill Farms also includes restoring wildlife habitat that has been impacted by past uses, as well as a host of ongoing threats, including invasive species, sea level rise and heavy deer browse.

Education

With its diverse habitats, Laurel Hill Farms provides a unique outdoor classroom for helping Long Islanders develop a connection to and better understand the natural world. Click to learn more.
